The DPI-500
is a tough, versatile, stainless steel, washdown indicator
that can be used to drive up to eight 350 ohm load cells.
It is NTEP certified legal for trade, has a large easy to
read LED display, has full duplex RS-232 serial communications
and can be powered by an AC adaptor or battery pack. An excellent
indicator for a truck, floor or mechanical scale! With the
optional battery pack, the DPI-500 is NEMA-4X washable, making
it perfect for use in fish, poultry and meat processing or

you are, then you are wasting precious time and money.
What
is the TDW-204W?
The TDW-204W
is a twelve platform, combinational checkweigher. It will
reduce the amount of giveaway, reduce the number of workers
needed and increase production speed. This equals an increase
in profits!
How
does it work?
Program
the target weight, maximum giveaway and number of pieces into
the indicator. Place one item on each of the twelve platforms.
The TDW will calculate the weight of each item and show you,
via lights at each platform, which combination of pieces falls
into your target range. For example, you want to place two
lobster tails into a pack at 1/2 pound, with a maximum giveaway
of 0.01 pounds per pack. You program the target weight at
0.500 pound, the maximum giveaway at 0.510 pound and the number
of pieces at 2. Place tails on each of the twelve platforms.
The TDW-204W finds the two lobster tails closest to 0.500
pound, without going over 0.510, and shows them via lights
at the two respective platforms. One worker removes the two
selected lobster tails while another loads the two vacant
platforms. The
process repeats over and over.

The Yamato
AGS can grade 3 times faster than conventional grading. An
entire container of your product is placed on the AGS. Then
as each single item is removed, the AGS audible tells the
operator what that item's grade is according to your preprogrammed
values. The operator places the first item in the appropriate
sorting container and removes the next item from the AGS.

Model SM Stainless Steel Mechanical Dial Scale
The Accu-Weigh®
SM(N) series of stainless steel Universal Dial Scales (UDS)
are used in a variety applications. Several large grocery
chains have converted to Accu-Weigh® UDS for use in their
produce departments. With capacities ranging from 2 lb to
220 lb (900 g to 100 kg), there is a scale to suit almost
any application. The air dashpot option is convenient for
fast, high volume weighing applications. The dashpot acts
as a "shock absorber" to reduce the oscillations
of the indicator needle to provide faster weight readings.
A snap-on stainless steel platform is standard with our UDS
scales, with two bowl options (10" scoop and 5 quart
bowl) also available.
